Hello,

a little bit about me:

Throughout my High School Years I had been interested in Fine Art & Design and Theatre Studies and I am glad to have worked hard to pursue in a career that has brought these two passions together into something I greatly enjoy.

I am a Graduate of East 15 Acting School, University of Essex, Class of 2014, BA Hons 2.1 & FdA Merit; Stage Management and Technical Theatre. I specialised primarily in Props, secondly  in Costume and have gained valuable skills in Scenic Art, Makeup, Construction, Stage Management and Lighting.

From September 2020 I became the Resin Production Supervisor of Warcradle Studios, Wayland Games. I joined Wayland Games; Warcradle Studios, in October 2017, as a Senior Resin Production Assistant, Mould-making and casting Models for Tabletop Games. Previously I worked at Sculpture Studio as a Prop Maker (Sept-Oct 2017). I also worked as a Creative, Styling, Installer, Admin and Designer at The Event Hire Company, assisting with Styling, Admin, Lighting and Design (Jul-Oct 2017). Please see "My Work" or "Resume" for more details.

I am a hard working, dedicated, reliable, confident, bubbly individual who strives to work to the best of their ability in any situation be it professional or personal. I am able to work in a team or by myself; I have good communication and organisational skills. I intend to try and push my career to be long and successful!

For information on my availability for future project involvement please message me via my Contact Page.

“Molly helped me at the British Museum, El Dorado exhibition. She was a great help. She learned fast, was punctual despite having a long journey to get to work. Molly was unfailingly cheerful and full of useful curiosity. I think she will make a valued addition to any team.”

Anna Stamper, Scenic Artist

"I have known Molly since her degree course at East 15 Acting School. We have collaborated on many productions. I found Molly very helpful and enthusiastic. She approaches tasks with great care and imagination."

Grit Eckert, Scenic Artist

"Molly Crouchman worked on several shows I designed at E15, including "Wind in the Willows", "Boris Godunov" and "Wild Honey". Her work was always exemplary, with a fine attention to detail and finish on all the props she worked on. I have no hesitation in recommending her work."

Rhyannon Richardson, Designer

“Molly is a talented and hard-working Stage Manager and did a fantastic job designing and creating the props for our professionally mounted and directed community theatre group production. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again.”

Felix Andrews, CASA Latin American Theatre Festival

“Molly Crouchman has worked for Sculpture Studios a few times now, having been invited back professionally after a work placement with us. I find her to be enthusiastic, punctual, reliable and honest. She shows great initiative, takes instruction well, and can more than work under her own steam. We've commended her on her model making abilities, attention to detail, and creative ability to work out any problems she came across. She fits in well with a team, and we would welcome Molly back at any time. She would be an enjoyable and valued asset to any company that wishes to employ her.”

                 Aden Hynes, Sculpture Studios
